[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPT RIGHT.]
(Received Feb. 4, 5.10 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3. In a pastoral letter by Cardinal Logue to the Irish churches, he urges th e-workers to organise real trade unions, but warns them against tne dangers of syndicalism and socialism. Ho says representation on Conciliation Boards is the remedy for the present paralysis of employment, which is altogether avoidable and would nevei have occurred if Irishmen had had a strong independent union not- relying on the support of the English Unions.
