Rev. Mr Andrews, a missionary at Delhi, who is visiting Africa, anticipates a settlement ofn the Indian trouble. He says there will be no difficulty over the poll tax and he believes the marriage question can be adjusted if the Government does not attack the Mahommedan religion by legalising one marriage only.
