THE ALBANIAN THRONE.
DEPUTATION TO PRINCE WIED. (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received February 23, 5.25 p.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 23. Prince Wied is visiting the Czar during this week and has postponed his journey to Albania. He received the Albanian delegates at his ancestral cast'e at Neuwied.
They brought a casket containing sand, earth and water from Albania and wore new- top bats and frock coats. They assured their sovereign of a welcome.
