DUBLIN HOUSING SCANDAL.
THE COMMISSION’S REPORT. (United Press Association— Copyright). LONDON, Feb. 22. The report of the housing conditions of Dublin contains unprintable details of horrible and degraded conditions of many tenements. Three members of the Corporation own large numbers of slum houses unfit for habitation. Fourteen thousand new dwellings are required at a cost of £2,250,000. .
