Williams Amusements Company shows profits amounting to £9146, which, with the undivided balance, makes a total of £1506 (?), from which it is proposed to pay a le per share dividend and to transfer £SOOO to the reserve and to carry forward £lOlO. The company’s liabilities have jbeen reduced from £29,835 to £9750, and the cash balances have 'been increased from £BO4I to £19j378. The report states that the financial position lias been converted to one of absolute security.
