CHESTERTON LIBEL SUIT,

In the course of evidence taken in the trial of Cecil Chesterton, editor of “The Eye-Witness,” for alleged libel in connection with the Marconi scandals. the Postmaster-General, Mr Herbert Samuel, testified ihat during the negotiations hp did not know that any of his colleagues were shareholders in the American Company.
