Cox and Co., grocers (MiBright) claimed from John Arthur Hamilton, shipwright, the sum of £8 12s on a judgment summons. After. hearing evidence, His "Worship made an order for payment forthwith, the order to be suspended so long as the debtor liquidated the debt at the rate of 10s per week. Evidence having been taken in the case of Evans, Nield and Co- (Mr H. Etherington) v. Tamili Dennis (Mr Burnard), a claim tor £l3 11s 6d, His Worship made an order for the paymeat of the amount, ia default 14 days* imprisonment, the execution of the warrant to be suspended, conditional on debtor paying off 10s pei week.
