Pember Reeves, formerly Agent-General for New Zealand, in an article in the “London Chronicle,”, protests against Italy’s tricky diplomacy in resisting the Greeks’ claims to Epirus, the Aegean Islands, and the wretched' harbor'” of Santiquaranta. He says the obstruction of industry and development by Signor Giolitti, the Italian Premier, will cost Europemuch in eighteen months’ time. The mischievous adventures should be stepped. Greek supremacy at Epirus means the difference between anarchy and. progress.
