FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN.
DRAWING TO A CLOSE. HEAVY VOTING EXPECTED. _\ [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGH C.] SYDNEY, May 27. The strenuous Federal election campaign is drawing to a close. Both parties have thrown, groat vigor into the fight, but the provision for signed articles and other restrictions in the amended Electoral Act has robbed the contest of much quondam excitement and bitterness. It is expected that the voting will be heavier and closer than at last election. THE REFERENDUMS. LICENSED VICTUALLERS AGAINST THEM. BRISBANE, May 27.
