Rev. D. C. Bates reports: Present indications are for increasing northerly winds And a falling barometer everywhere. Fair to cloudy weather probable generally and at times dull a»di foggy. _ Considerable rain is likely to follow in a day or two from a disturbance which is still in evidence to the westward of tho Dominion, though conditions are less ominous to-day.
