A SHOCKING FATALITY.
MAN BURNED TO DEATH
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] TIMARU, August 1
Ivan Allen Wilson, an insurance a rr cnt, met his death in a, painful manner last night. He was working at liis books at home using a kerosene lamp and about 10 p.m. some neighbors heard cries and groans and going to the house found the room on fire and Wilson unconscious on the floor. His clothes were eaten away by the flames and his boots had almost been burned off. The body wa« shockingly burned and Wilson died a few hours later. He leaves a widow and one child. Mrs Wilson happened to be out and came home as her husband was brought out of the house. The inquest was opened and adjourned-
