Grey’s men-ce-s, declared that Belgium was her m.vn mistress, and was not responsible to England, or any other country. Me refuses to accept any advice on the control of matters purely Belgian, and refuses to circulate the translation of the British White Book regarding tho Congo. The Chamber, bv 76 to 56, supported Schollaert.
