United Press Association —Copyright (Received Fob. 2S, 11.10 p.m.) SYDNEY, Fob. 28. The steamer Darius, while shifting her berth was caught by the tide and Hood waters at Newcastle, and swung down on the barqueniino J. L. Stanford, which was about to sail for ’Frisco, and seriously damaged lier. Tho Darius then drifted ashore on a rocky bottom, and remained fast, but it is expected to float her next tide.
