On her return trip from the steamer she again grounded, and the inward passengers had to be conveyed to the wharf in a boat. Mr. J. Somervell (Chairman of the School Committee) and Mr. Rowley (headmaster) are deputed to arrange for the school-children to celebrate Arbor Day by planting on Friday. There is a strip of land suitable for the purpose and it will probably be utilised.
