DEFAULTING- AGENT
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Hermann Zeeller, who was employed as agent and traveller for the Dayton MoneyWeight Scale Company, Ltd., pleaded guilty before the Magistrate's Court on a charge of fraudulently converting certain maobines, valued at £si 6?, entrusted to him for sale, to his own use. Accused said there were extenuating oircumstanoss, and be was remandod to ths Supreme Court for sentenoe.
