At the Otaki Magistrate's Court Dobson, proprietor of tbe Manakou Hotel, wa3 obarged with refusing to supply a commercial traveller, Mr Caulfield, with refreshment and accommodation. A dispute bad arisen over the quality of the feed supplied to Caulfield’s horse. On the other hand it was alleged that Caulfield s oasceaeiveDess l Q d to tho refusal, whioii t 0 Magistrate said would not justify Dobson refusing to supply him with accommodation.
