BECOMES UNCONSCIOUS IN REICHSTAG. By telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Berlin, April 5. Prince Von Bulow, the German Chancellor, fainted twico in the Reichstag to-day. Ho was removed in an unconscious state, and the sitting was suspended.
RESULT OF OVERWORK. Received 12.-1 n.m., April 7. London, April 6. Prince von Bulow is suffering from overwork and influenza. There is no sign of paralysis. He will probably bo incapacitated for some weeks. The Kaiser is much concerned.
