(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Miss Jaoobson, M.&., of Wanganui, has been appointed assistant mistress at the Auokland Grammar School. Mr Bowloy, proprietor of a waxworks entertainment, bad a paralytic seizure yesterday, and diocjl this morning. He was previously in apparently good health. At a meeting of the Auokland Football Association (sucker) there was some severe criticism of the Now Zealand Association in the treatment of the local centre and the management of the Australian team’s visit, upon which there wus a deficiency of JE7 11b. The mooting was to have considered a proposal to sever the connection with the NewZea'and Association and form with Taranaki a separate Association, but consideration was deferred in view of the visit of an English team, and so obviate any difficulty as to a match being played at Auokland.
