MARCONI MESSAGES
GREETINGS TO KING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Loudon, Jan. 20. The Marconi system will be utilised ae far as possible to fill gaps in tho Capo to Cairo telegraph line. The Daily Mail, referring to tho Marconi station at Wollflcet, Massachusetts, transmitting a messago from President Roosevelt to King Edward, says it shows the advantages of the wonderful triumph of science. The mossage read : “ I oxtend on behalf of tho American people most cordial greetings, and good wishes to yoc and all tho people of your empire.”
