AN ORDER AFFECTS THE WHOLE OF COLONY. By Telegraph—Pross Association. Dunedin, last night. An important decision was given by Mr Justice ' Williams to-day, the effect of which is to rnako it ponal for a prohibited person to enter any licensed premises in the colony. The case was an appeal from tho decision of Major Keddell, at Oarnaru, who had dismissed an information against a prohibited person for ontering licensed promises outside tho district in which the order was made. His Honor thought tho offouco against Section 26 was committed, and respondent should have boon convicted.
