European Cultural Centre Planned
GENEVA. Plans for the foundation here of a European cultural centre have been completed at a meeting under the distinguished Spanish author, Senor Salvador de Madariaga. The centre was recommended by the European Assembly at Strasbourg to co-ordinate national cultural forces in the reconstruction of Europe. Working groups will meet periodically from now on in the Chateau de Coppet. on Lake Geneva. —Reuter.
