England Loses Two Test Players
(10 a.m.) LONDON, June 23. Trevor Bailey, (he Essex all-rounder, lias withdrawn from the second test between England and the West Indies starting at Lord's on June 24 because of a strained groin muscle. The leg-break bowler. Eric Hollies, is also withdrawn from the team because of a pulled calf muscle. Jenkins will replace Hollies, and Wnrdle. of Yorkshire, will replace Bailey. The teams will be selected from the following: England.—Yardley, Edrich, Simpson, Doggart. Hutton. Washbrook, A. Bedser, Evans. Berry, Pn>-khouse, Jenkins, Wardle and Kenyon.
West Indies: Goddard, Stollmeyer, Gomez. Worrell. Weekes. Rae, Walcott, Christinni. Johnson, Jones. Pierre, Trestrail. Williams, Marshall, Valentine and Rnmadhin.
