BONN AND SAAR INVITED TO JOIN EUROPE’S COUNCIL
PARIS, March 30. The Ministers’ Committee of the Council of Europe decided in Strasbourg tonight to invite West Germany and the Saar to become associate members of the council. As associates the Governments would be represented in the consultative assembly, but not on the committee of Foreign Ministers.
