LONDON, March 30.

The Secretary for Commonwealth Relations, Mr. P. Cordon-Walker, assured the House of Commons today there would be no question of transferring the protectorates of Bechuanaland. Swaziland and Basutoland to South Africa without the inhabitants of the territories and the British Parliament being consulted.
