BODY OF MISSING MAN FOUND IN BUSH
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, April 1. A man who had been missing from his home since Monday morning was found shot dead in the bush near Cornwallis by a police search party yesterday. A .308 calibre rifle was lying beside the body. The man was:— Wilfred George John Walker, aged 33, of Ngauruhoe Street, Mount Eden. A small motor car which Mr. Walker had been driving was discovered at a monument between _ Hula and Cornwallis by Mr. H. Rickard, storekeeper at ITuin yesterday afternoon.
