Spectacular Results Not To Be Expected
“In the short time that the council has been in existence spectacular results are not to be expected," states a report on the activities of the GisborneEas* Coast Regional Planning Council presented at the annual meeting yesterday
“Regional planning is essentially long-range work and actual results, the sequel to planning, will come gradually, in some cases sooner, in others laier, depending on the actual scope of the particular work.”
