WOMEN’S SWIMMING RECORD ECLIPSED
(P.A.) AUCKLAND. March 31. The New Zealand women's 50 yards free-style swimming record of 28 2-5 see., established over 21 years ago by Miss Ena Stocklcy, was broken in the tepid baths last night by a lfi-year-old iunior Miss Valerie von Zalinski, whose time was 26scc.
