MRS. P. LEE The death occurred on Thursday at her residence in Norman Road of Mrs. Elizabeth Lee, a well-respected and popular resident of Gisborne who first came to this district 42 years ago. Born in County Sligo, on the West Const of Ireland, Mrs. Lee lived for some time in England, where she married Mr. Patrick Lee. Her passing will be much regretted, particularly by the large number of young people whom she had befriended throughout her life in Gisborne. Mrs. Lee is survived by her five sons, Messrs. David, Harry, Norman, Frederick and Stanley, and by two brothers, one of whom is Air. D. S. Thompson. Gisborne, the other residing in Ireland. There arc three grandchildren.
