Delegate From Gisborne For I.F.A.P. Conference
The New Zealand delegates to the International Federation of Agricultural Producers’ conference this year will be Messrs. W. N. Perry and S. D. Reeves, as representatives of Federated Farmers.
With Mr. Reeves will be Mrs. Reeves, and they will leave Auckland by air on May 2. They are scheduled to arrive at London on May 8 and the delegates will assemble in Copenhagen on May 19. The pre-conference starts in Copenhagen on May 29 and the postconference commences in Stockholm on June 9.
It is expected that the official part of the trip will conclude on June 18 or 19 and Mr. and Mrs. Reeves intend then to make a tour of Britain.
The IFAP is representative of Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Union of South Africa, Southern Rhodesia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States of America, as well as having observers from nonmember organisations and representatives of international organisations.
