(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Jan. I'. Early relief from some of the existing controls on financial transactions was indicated by the Prime Minister. Mr. S. G. Holland, when asked last night if the Government was (aking any action to case these restrictions. . .
Mr. Holland said lie was giving (he matter immediate study and was at present awaiting certain reports he had called for. He hoped to announce rcliet from or modification of some financial controls when he gave a survey of (he national finances which he contemplated making within the next month.
