STREET DAY SWELLS PLUNKET FUNDS
Despite the many recent calls upon the public to support various causes, an excelent response was received on Friday by the Gisborne branch of the Plunket Society. Many willing workers patrolled the streets collecting donations, and the resulting sum .exceeded last year's collection of £249 by several pounds.
