SOVIET AMBITIONS IN SOUTH KOREAN ZONE
SEOUL, Sept. 2,
Reports are current that the Russians are demanding the return of weapons loaned to North Korean Communists unless the southern republic is invaded bv the end of this month. An American officer assigned to intelligence for the American Embassy said the reports were possibly true. , One Korean version, however, said that the Soviet merely would end military assistance unless the south is taken over.
