N.Z. Artist’s Work To Be Shown In Auckland
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, Aug. 16. The painting, “The Pleasure Garden,” by the New Zealand painter, Frances Rodgkins, which was offered as a gift to but rejected by the Christchurch City Council, will be accepted on loan by 'the Auckland City Council and will be exhibited in the Auckland Art Gallery. This was decided at a meeting of ’the council’s library committee.
