HOLMLEA INQUIRY ADJOURNED OWING TO BEREAVEMENT

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 7. The continuation of the inquiry into the mishap to the vessel Holmlea was adjourned yesterday until Monday owing to the sudden death of the mother of Mr. H. R. Biss, who is appearing for the Superintendent of the Mercantile Marine.

Mr. A. A. McLachlan, in granting an adjournment, expressed the sympathy of the court. Dr. O. C. Mazengarb. ■ K.C., voiced the condolences of counsel.
