(11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 7. The- French Foreign Minister, M. Robert Schuman, said today:

“Accord in principle” has been reached between Britain, the United States and France on the future of Western Germany. M. Schuman spoke briefly to reporters after the morning session of the second day’s conference with Mr. Dean Acheson and Mr. Ernest Bevin. He added that texts were being drawn up on the agreements reached. Their talks are reported to be aimed at establishing a West German State by the late summer.* 1 -
