OTAUTAU OPINIONS
(Herald Special Service.) The annual meeting of the Otautau Racing Club will be held ' on the Otautau course tomorrow. Several horses with more important engagements at Riverton and Riccarlon will be on hand, including Full Play, The Grate, and Frances, who are nominated for Riccarton, and all the races bear an open appearance.
