(P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 7. The following officers were elected for the year 1949-50 at the annual Dominion conference of the New Zealand Federation of Justices’ Associations:—President, Mr. B. C, Robbins, M.L.C., J.P. (in abstentia): vice-presi-dent, Mr. C. A. Cooper (Canterbury): honorary registrar and treasurer, Mr. H. Jarmine (Canterbury): hon. auditor and solicitor (to be appointed by the executive); representatives to executive, Mr. Barton Ginger (Wellington), North Island, Mr. A. W. Jones (Southland), South Island; executive, the president, vice-president, immediate past president' (Mr. A. J. Haub), registrar and the two federal conference members from each island.
