RICE STOCKS BURNED: THREE PERSONS KILLED
(11 a.m.) RANGOON, Mar. 7. Three persons died and rice stocks worth £23,000 were destroyed in a fire which burned down two rice mills at Dalla, across the Irrawaddy from Rangoon.
