GERMAN COMMUNISTS DIFFER OVER POLICY
(11 a.m.) BERLIN, Mar. 7. The declaration by Herr Otto Grotewohl, head of the Socialist Unity i Communist) Party, that Germans should support the Russian Army in the c'cnt of a march into Western Germany has caused trouble in the Communist Party in the western zones, says the British United Press correspondent in Hamburg. Herr Hans Hubert, a member of the party's executive committee, has resigned as a result of Herr Grotewohl’s statement. Herr Hubert said Herr Grotewohl’s demand made it necessary for every member of the German Communist Party to re-examine his altitude towards the party.
