VIOLENCE FEARED IN CALCUTTA
(9.40 am.) CALCUTTA, Mar. 7. The police took charge of all guns and ammunition from the city’s 15 gun shops as a precaution against an outbreak of violence on Wednesday when the Communists have called for a railway and postal strike, reports the Associated Press.
