RIVERSIDE ROAD
Sir, —I fully agree with Messrs. Upton and Corson regarding the delay in repairing Riverside road. I was surprised to see the small amount of work that requires to be done to make the road much safer than the present deviation.
This section of the road is located over a greasy-back, and the conditions are similar to the section a few chains futher upstream, where a slip occured some years ago. On that occasion the road was repaired by myself at small cost to the council. W. PERRYER.
