G. E. WILLSON WINS DOUBLE TITLE AT TOLAGA TRIALS

Favoured with tine weather throughout. the thirty-eighth annual meeting of the Tolaga Bay Sheep-dog Trial Club attracted a large number of entries and was followed by a considerable attendance of spectators on the grounds of Mangaheia station, four miles from Tolaga Bay, during the four days of the! trials.

A willing band of volunteer workers under the capable supervision of Miss Lorna Fletcher, in charge of the refreshment booths, and Mr. G. A. Crowley, the club’s energetic secretary, in no small measure contributed to the success of the trials.

The judging was in the expert hands of Messrs. \V. Hall and R. Tornbleson, to whom the club was indebted for their services and to the owners of Mangaheia station tor the use of their property. A feature of the meeting this year was the success of G. E. Willson, wiio won the Loisel Cup for the champion dog. and the N. Vickers' Cup for the champion heading dog.
