PARTLY DISABLED SHIP REACHES WELLINGTON
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 5. “God must have been with us. The Tasman was like a millpdnd when the ship broke down. But for this our story might have been different.” This was the comment of a woman passenger on arrival today by the 3000ton motor-ship Yunnan which was adrift in the Tasman with engine trouble for 29 hours. Both the master, Captain A. Naismith and the chief engineer of the Yunnan declined to comment.
