1 (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 28. Mr. R. Hazzard, the former Australian Trade Commissioner of Hong . Kong, has been appointed to succeed Major-General J J Murray as Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, it was announced today by the Australian High Commissioner, Mr. Cutler. Mr. Hazzard. who leaves Sydney for Wellington by the Wanganella on March 10,'is an authority on steel. He was at one time associated with the Broken Hill Proprietary Ltd. and Australian Iron and. Steel Ltd. Maior-General Murray, who left for Australia in January, has been appoint, ed Trade Commissioner in Ceylon
