CZECH LAWYERS MUST TELL
PRAGUE, Dec. 20
Czech lawyers must he prepared to give confidential information about their clients and prove themselves politically reliable under a new bill nationalising the Czech legal profession.
The bill will come into operation after approval by the National Assembly this week.
Nationalised lawyers will be organised into compulsory country associations which will allocate briefs and fix salaries, which will probably be limited to about £3O monthly.
