TRADE ENVOY FROM JAVA ON VISIT TO N.Z.
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. The possibility of renewed trade between Java, Australia and New Zealand is being investigated by Mr. Soe Tjong Tjoa, of Samarang, who arrived at Wellington in the Wanganella yesterday on his first visit to New Zealand. He said that everything in Java was still under Government supervision. Mr Tjoa added that production was gradually being built up again, but all depended on the political situation. If that .were settled production would go ahead.
