WANGANELLA BRINGS 400 PASSENGERS. —The Wanganella arrived at Wellington from Sydney shortly before midday yesterday about four hours late, having been delayed by bad weather. Included in the 400 passengers were four New Zealanders who had graduated from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, this year 12 New Zealand staff cadets on leave, and Major W. R. K. Morrison, Wellington, who has concluded a tour of duty as New Zealand instructor on the staff at Duntroon.
