SECOND BODY FOUND: BULLER GORGE TRAGEDY

WESTPORT, Dec. 18.
The body of John William Porter, aged 19 years, plasterer, Westport, the second victim of the mishap when a Gibb’s Transport lorry plunged off the road into the Buffer River in the Gorge on December 3, was found floating in the Buffer River near the mouth early this morning. The body of Raymond Muir, Greymouth, the other victim, was found last Sunday.
