A book of 368 pages on health which will be the textbook for all Queensland primary schools is believed to be the first of its kind in English-speaking countries.
Produced by the Queensland Health Education Council in collaboration with the State Education Department, it will be distributed to over 1500 State schools.
Specialists in every branch of medicine contributed to 223 articles in theform of talks to be given by teachers in all grades.
