Police Charge Crippled Italian Ex-Soldiers

ROME, Dec. 16.
A throng of crippled ex-soldiers demonstrating for increased pensions twice assaulted police lines barring entrances to Government buildings. Mobile police reserves in jeeps charged them and several men were knocked down and bruised.
